For Luminaire, we turned fifty years of design retail and community into a strategy for the next fifty: positioning, partnership and acquisition strategy, the union with Interni, and the creative direction that carried it across every channel.

Luminaire has shaped how people live with design for half a century. Our work started with the business: where the brand competes, which partnerships and acquisitions extend its reach, and how its showrooms, culture and community connect with new audiences and new markets.
From that strategy came the union with Interni and one voice across every channel, from print and email to the website and the showroom floor.
A digital home that carries the experience of the showrooms online.
We led the strategy, design development and implementation of the website, with ecommerce and cultural content that brings the in-person experience of the showrooms into a digital realm. The launch included a large digital marketing campaign across social, email and paid advertising.

One holistic approach across every channel, true to the brand's philosophy.
We shaped and ran marketing campaigns that combined social media, email and other channels. A continuous launch of new designers and brands became cohesive campaigns across social, email, landing pages and in-store events and exhibitions, including a large Art Basel exhibition with major partners that linked the digital and the physical across a series of events.

A sensorial launch for a new showroom, carried through film and email.
Stills from a video campaign for the launch of a new showroom, rooted in the sensorial approach of the new location. Aligned with the social strategy, we led the development, execution and analytics for every email campaign, each rooted in education and delivering promotional and collaborative results.

Advertising that provokes curiosity and delight, with a style all its own.
We created and executed print advertising that paired the physical with digital support and integration. Advertising and graphics ran in leading national and international publications including PIN-UP, New York Times T Magazine, Cultured, Interior Design, Surface, CS Interiors, Luxe, San Francisco Magazine, Modern Luxury and Ocean Drive.

Can two storied brands become a global powerhouse of design retail?
For Interni and Luminaire, we led the strategic development of a new union and created compelling visuals along the way. We developed the strategy, messaging, content and graphics that announced the partnership, combining two visual identities and two stories into one unified voice, with a roadmap for sustained growth and loyalty. At each stage we shaped digital communications, events and public relations, with targeted strategies for Europe and North America.

Insight, turned into clear paths to growth.
Through deep analysis, comparative research and careful planning, we shaped a results-driven framework that defines where Luminaire competes, how it connects and what it needs for lasting momentum, from new markets to new partnerships.
